BHM social funds
The regulations of BHM's social funds cater for membership of both employees and the self-employed. While membership for employees is mandatory, the membership for self-employed individuals is optional.
BHM administers the following social funds.
BHM Private Sector Sickness Fund (1%)
BHM Vacation Fund (0,25%)
BHM Vocational Training Fund (0,22%)
Career Development Centre (0,70%)

VIRK, the Work Rehabilitation Fund (0.1%). This contribution is managed by the relevant occupational pension fund.
