Other professions

Architects, civil engineers, real estate agents, public accountants, and the legal profession and certain other professions are subject to various legal requirements that must meet to be recognized and/or authorized to practice.

Architects and civil engineers

Architects and civil engineers who have completed their studies at university level can apply for protected titles. However, it's important to note that these restrictions only apply to the specific protected titles that they can hold and utilize in their professional practice.

The purpose of these restrictions is to ensure that individuals who hold these titles have met the necessary educational requirements and possess the expertise needed to perform their respective roles. By granting protected titles, the aim is to maintain professional standards and provide clarity and confidence to the public regarding the qualifications and capabilities of architects and civil engineers.
