BHM operates two funds that focus on professional development of its members, one that specifically services the public labour market and another that is a more horizontal application.

These funds offer a range of support to their members, including sickness benefits to compensate for temporary loss of income due to incapacity resulting from illness or accidents. Additionally, they help members in rehabilitation and prevention initiatives. 

The funds are financed through contributions paid by employers, ranging from 0.75% to 1% of the total wages, as outlined in the relevant collective agreement.

BHM operates two sickness benefit funds, one for the public labour market and another for the general labour market.

The fund leases holiday homes and apartments to its members throughout the country. Additionally, members can purchase flight vouchers, camping and fishing passes, and traveller's cheques.  

These offers are designed to provide BHM members with affordable and convenient vacation choices, with the goal of enhancing their overall vacation experience. 

The vacation fund is funded through contributions paid by employers, amounting to 0.25% of the total wages, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
