Nayla Glaise is a computer engineer in a consulting company. From October 2021 she has been the president of Eurocadres, the European Council of Professionals and Managers, based in Brussels.
As President of Eurocadres, Nayla leads the representation of over 6 million European workers in policy development. Nayla acts as the most senior representative of professionals and managers in European affairs. She is in charge of the strategic design and delivery of Eurocadres’ advocacy efforts with policymakers from the European institutions and national governments.
Eurocadres advocates for a stronger knowledge-based Europe. Qualifications and skills are crucial to this aim, and in our aims of delivering a decarbonised and digital union.
